Statement about Russia’s invasion of Ukraine
The Organizing Team of the 25th Workshop on NS Camps and Killing Sites strongly condemns Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and President Putin’s Holocaust relativist rhetoric and misuse of historical language.
We stand firmly with the hard-tested people of Ukraine. Our thoughts go especially to our Ukrainian colleagues who had participated in the Workshop in the previous years. We would like to extend our helping hand to our colleagues. The Workshop’s people and network are here to provide any aid that we can.
We hope that the loss of human life will soon stop and Ukraine will continue its sovereign and democratic existence.
